Your time can make an impact:
John William Montessori school asks volunteers to stay for one academic year; this is best for the students.
If you can stay for one year; it may also be the best for you.
FJWEC provides room and board and pocket money.
Shorter visits are sometimes arranged, depending upon what skills you offer.
Until you have experienced it, you cannot imagine the joy of having students hungry
for what you have to offer.
Note: this may include calling to you outside your bedroom window early in the morning!

If you are unable to commit to a long stay in Ghana:
Perhaps you can visit for a shorter time and bring with you some special gift.
Performing opera for the students of John William Montessori School is an idea which comes to mind, or helping children take pictures, as another example.
Let us know what you have in mind and we will see what can be done.
Unable to travel at this time?
There are so many things to be done in the USA.
For one thing, we have fund-raising events, and you could help with them.
However you choose to help, you will be making an impact with Friends of John William Education Center, improving the lives of people.
